The health is on the plate: how to learn to eat healthier, playing!

Proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for physical and mental well-being. The idea itself is not new: once, around 400 BC, Hippocrates, father of the medicine, argued that “food is our first medicine”, and also that “eating will not sustain a healthy man; he needs also physical exercise”.

According to ancient Chinese medicine, foods are also therapeutic remedies of which it is important to care about a specific method of use to prevent and even prevent diseases. If you want to stay healthy, your body needs a certain amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins besides vitamins and minerals. The modern urban is often unbalanced, unstructured and this goes hand in hand with an increasingly sedentary lifestyle. The recovery of a good practice is more difficult that it looks, and nutrition education should start early, especially considering that childhood obesity is increasing in alarming proportions in recent years in Western countries.
